Wirecard: Q3 sales up 35%

(CercleFinance.com) - Wirecard, the German electronic payment processing specialist that recently joined the DAX 30 index, remained very buoyant in Q3.


According to preliminary data released this morning, sales over the first nine months of 2018 rose 42% to 1.45 billion euros, including 35% growth in Q3.

EBITDA over the first three quarters has almost followed the same trend: +38% to 395.5 million euros, with 36% growth in Q3.

Wirecard's management expects a "robust" fourth quarter and confirms that it targets FY EBITDA of between 530 million and 560 million euros.
