SAP: plans to float Qualtics

(CercleFinance.com) - SAP announced on Monday morning that it intends to float its experience management subsidiary on the US stock market.


The acquisition of Qualtrics by SAP has proven to be a great success and has exceeded our expectations, the head of the German enterprise software group said.

The group currently controls all of Qualtrics' share capital. Even after Qualtrics' IPO, it will continue to hold a majority stake, it said in a statement.

Qualtrics, which is part of the German technology giant's cloud division, has enjoyed greater autonomy than the rest of SAP's subsidiaries since its acquisition.

Qualtrics specialises in experience management and focuses on four areas of business: customers, employees, products and brand.
