Merck KGaA: Belen Garijo to head the group in 2021

(CercleFinance.com) - Belén Garijo will take office as Chairman of Merck's management board as of 1 May 2021.


Belén Garijo, who is currently Vice Chairman of the management board, deputy CEO of Merck and CEO of the healthcare division, will succeed Stefan Oschmann, who will leave the company as planned after ten years in charge of the group.

The group also plans to restructure its management board at this time.
