Infineon: Oddo still a buyer - raises target price

(CercleFinance.com) - Oddo BHF maintains its "outperform" rating on Infineon shares, and having increased its target price for them from 48 euros to 50 euros, following the publication of better-than-expected quarterly results, with a one-point increase in its margin forecast for 2022.


This publication, which again proved to be a solid milestone, confirmed the excellent visibility for 2022, the analyst says, who raises EPS estimates for the German semiconductor manufacturer.

The broker also points to a very sound control of the industrial tool, with a clear strategy of increasing internal production capacities, resulting in a continued improvement of margins, despite a general inflationary context.
