Infineon: Oddo BHF still says 'reduce,' but ups target price

(CercleFinance.com) - Oddo BHF reiterates its "reduce" rating on the share of semi-conductor maker Infineon, despite raising its corresponding target price from 14 euros to 16 euros, after the group reported Q2 results that are broadly in line with expectations, with broad guidelines, marked by a high degree of caution.


We believe that the recovery of 2021 already seems to be correctly priced in, while the risk of a weak recovery in the automotive sector remains, the broker says, which has included Cypress in its forecasts for Infineon from the third quarter.
