Henkel: app maker Kony chosen for paperless factory plan

(CercleFinance.com) - US digital and mobile application developer Kony has been chosen by Henkel to help the German washing powder and shampoo maker have paperless factories at its manufacturing plants.


Kony will help Henkel to accelerate digitalisation at its laundry and home-care business by transforming and streamlining the group's manual processes through digital apps, the companies said on Thursday.

As part of its digital innovation strategy, Henkel plans to become a paperless factory organisation by 2020.
