Fraport: H1 underlying earnings up 10.9%

(CercleFinance.com) - On Wednesday German airport operator Fraport announced a 10.
9% rise in its H1 underlying earnings, in line with the consensus.

EBITDA reached 511.5 million euros over the period from January to June, performance mainly stemming from landing assistance services and retail outlets at Frankfurt airport.

Sales rose by 5.2% to over 1.5 billion euros.

In a statement, Fraport confirmed its FY 2019 forecast of Ebitda of between 1.16 billion and 1.195 billion euros.

In Frankfurt, the Fraport share is up a symbolic 0.1% at almost 73.5 euros after the publication of these figures, which are in line with expectations at all levels.
