BMW Group: new record sales for February

(CercleFinance.com) - German premium carmaker BMW said group sales rose by 5.
8% to 178,910 vehicles in February, which represents another record for this month.

The Munich-based group said it recorded "solid growth" in its two biggest markets: China, where deliveries jumped by 8.9% to 44,317 units, and the US, where sales rose 7.5% to 26,573 vehicles.

Listed on the Xetra market, the BMW ordinary share was broadly unchanged after these figures, up by less than 0.1% at 85.8 euros.
