Nestlé: plant-based burger now called 'Sensational'

(CercleFinance.com) - Nestlé said that it has improved its plant-based burger to give it a meatier taste and texture, now calling it the "Sensational" burger.


This is the second upgrade to the Garden Gourmet plant-based burger line in just over a year since it was first launched under the "Incredible" brand.

The burger is made from natural soy and wheat protein, colour from natural plant extracts, rapeseed and coconut oil and a proprietary method of fermenting plant-based ingredients to boost the flavour.

It is now available at stores across Europe, Nestlé said.
