Nestlé: organic growth of 2.8% over first 9m

(CercleFinance.com) - Nestlé today reports total 9m 2018 sales that are up 2% at 66.
4 billion Swiss francs, with organic growth of 2.8%, which reached 2.9% in Q3, despite a high comparison basis.

Over nine months, real organic growth was 2.3%, which remained at the top of the food and beverage industry, while price adjustments increased by 0.5% with improvements in the Americas.

"Our growth and efficiency initiatives put us on track to meet our full-year 2018 guidance and 2020 targets," said Mark Schneider, Nestlé's CEO.
