Swiss Life: EU clears acquisition of Infrareal

(CercleFinance.com) - The European Commission has cleared the acquisition of joint control of Infrareal by Gelsenwasser, both German companies, and Swiss Life.


Infrareal has two operating subsidiaries, Pharmaserv GmbH and Pharmapark Jena GmbH, which operate business parks in Germany with a focus on the life sciences sector. Amongst other things, they provide site management, integrated infrastructure and technical and logistical services.

The Commission concluded that the proposed acquisition would not raise competition concerns given its limited impact on the market.
