ABB: IPO of e-mobility subsidiary finally postponed
(CercleFinance.com) - ABB announced on Monday that it has decided to postpone the initial public offering of its E-mobility subsidiary due to unfavourable market conditions.
Confirming rumours that had been circulating in the market for several weeks, the Swiss engineering group explained that the current environment has complicated its plan to take ABB E-mobility public by the end of the second quarter, as initially planned.
ABB says that it is closely monitoring market conditions and intends to list its subsidiary on the Zurich stock exchange as soon as they become more "constructive".
