ABB: maintains AGM, shareholders not allowed

(CercleFinance.com) - ABB has confirmed that it will hold its annual general meeting on 26 March, even though shareholders will not be allowed to physically attend the event.


Shareholders are requested to vote in advance by giving a power of attorney to the independent proxy, by a deadline that has been extended to 25 March.

The meeting will not have any addresses by its Chairman or senior management either, nor a webcast, the Swiss engineering group said.
