Adecco: Q1 adjusted EPS down 14%

(CercleFinance.com) - Adecco has reported sales of 5.
4 billion euros for Q1 2022, up 5% organically y-o-y.

However, EBITA declined 11% organically to 185 million euros, while its operating profit fell 21% organically to 146 million euros.

Adecco finally recorded a net quarterly profit of 92 million euros, down 26% y-o-y.

Adjusted EPS was 0.76 euro, down 14%.

The group expects its revenue growth rate to improve sequentially in Q2 2022, thanks to growth investments.

Meanwhile, its EBITA margin is also expected to improve sequentially, although will decrease compared to Q2 2021, the group said.

Adecco shares are currently down over 2.5% in Zurich.
