Adecco: completes US healthcare staffing unit sale

(CercleFinance.com) - Adecco said it completed the sale of its US healthcare staffing business to private equity firm Olympus Partners for 612 million dollars (551 million euros) as the Swiss group seeks to focus on global brands and digital products.


In a statement, the Zurich-based company said it has received all necessary regulatory approvals to successfully complete the divestment of Soliant Health.

The deal will result in a gain on sale to be recognised in its fourth-quarter results, it said.

For the record, Adecco plans to provide an update on the use of the proceeds, in line with its capital allocation policy, at the release of the results on 26 February.
