Adecco: BlackRock stake exceeds 5%

(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, the world's largest asset manager, has a stake in Adecco that represents over 5% of the Swiss staffing group's voting rights, the latter said on Friday.


Adecco said that BlackRock held 5.04% of its share capital through shares and other financial instruments following the recent sale of collateral.

BlackRock also has a put position representing 0.1% of its share capital through contracts for difference, Adecco said.
