Bombardier: provides targets for 2025, Aston Martin deal

(CercleFinance.com) - The Bombardier share is up nearly 2% in early trading on Thursday after unveiling its financial targets through to 2025 and officially announcing its collaboration with British luxury car manufacturer Aston Martin.


The Canadian manufacturer of business jets said at a CMD on Thursday that it expected its deliveries to start growing gradually this year.

And although it believes that it will take "several years" for the market to return to its 2019 levels, the Montreal-based group said it predicts strong earnings growth over the next five years.

Bombardier thus expects to generate positive free cash flow next year and has set a target of over 500 million dollars in 2025.

Regarding the exclusive agreement with Aston Martin, clients will be able to design their aircraft in collaboration with the British group, it said.
