AB InBev: no cheer as Q2 EPS falls 3%

(CercleFinance.com) - AB InBev has reported Q2 underlying EPS of 0.
73 dollar, down 3% year-on-year, while its normalised EBITDA reached 5.1 billion dollars, up 7.2% despite a 1.3-point reduction in its EBITDA margin to 34.5%.

The brewer's revenues rose 11.3% with revenue per hectolitre up 7.5% and total volumes up 3.4%, with its own beer volumes up 2.7% and non-beer volumes up 8.2%.

The Belgian brewer's shares are currently down 4% in Brussels.
