D'ieteren: acquires Trueroad in the US

(CercleFinance.com) - D'ieteren reports that Safelite, a subsidiary of its Belron division in the United States, has entered into an agreement to acquire TruRoad's assets, which include the repair and replacement of vehicle windows, ADAS recalibration and the management of claims.


Owning the companies JN Phillips Auto Glass, TechnaGlass, Harmon AutoGlass and Windscreen Centers, as well as StrategicClaim, TruRoad manages a network of 2,000 providers, that it either owns, are franchised or under contract.

The company serves customers in 17 US States, including consumers, commercial customers (fleets) and insurance companies. It has annual revenues of approximately 116 million dollars.
