Schlumberger: Oddo still a buyer

(CercleFinance.com) - Oddo reiterates its "outperform" rating on Schlumberger share, along with a target price of 44.
5 dollars, while nudging up its EPS estimate following the oil and gas company's Q3 earnings release.

The analysts notes the stock's YTD performance of 57.6%, outperforming the OSX, its benchmark index (+48%): at the same time, Brent crude has risen 66% and the WTI 75%.

Oddo says that Schlumberger will post average annual EPS growth of 32% over 2021/23, clearly outperforming investments in the sector, which are expected to grow by around 12% p.a. over the same period.
