Palantir: submits confidential filing for IPO

(CercleFinance.com) - Palantir Technologies said on Tuesday that it has submitted a confidential filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for an initial public offering.


The Palo Alto-based company - which makes software that connects data, technologies, people and environments - said the listing is expected to take place after the SEC completes its review process.
