Euronext: new head of Euronext Paris

(CercleFinance.com) - Euronext has announced the appointment of Delphine d'Amarzit as Chair and CEO of Euronext Paris and member of the Management Board of Euronext NV, subject to approval by the competent authorities and shareholders, with effect from 15 March 2021.


She was previously Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Orange Bank, since June 2016, responsible for overseeing operations, credit, finance, risk and compliance functions. She also held senior positions in the French Treasury.

Delphine d'Amarzit will succeed Anthony Attia, who has been appointed Group Head of Primary and Post-trade Markets. Anthony Attia will remain a member of the operating committee as well as of the enlarged management board of Euronext NV.
