Vivendi: UMG prospectus approved by Dutch watchdog
(CercleFinance.com) - Vivendi announces that the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets has approved the UMG prospectus, in particular stating that the technical reference price of its shares must be announced by Euronext on 20 September at market close.
The admission of UMG shares to trading and the detachment of the distribution in kind is set to take place on 21 September. The same day, Vivendi will announce the final distribution ratio based on the opening price of the UMG shares. The communication and entertainment group adds that the record date for Vivendi shares to be eligible for distribution in kind is 22 September and the settlement of the distribution in kind will take place on 23 September.
