Atos: signs key contract with RTE.
(CercleFinance.com) - On Wednesday, Atos' press release announced its signing of a contract for the renewal of the power grid control system of the manager of electricity transport in France.
Led by Atos Worldgrid, Atos' entity that is dedicated to "Smart energy" solutions, this project aims to enhance the reliability and efficiency of the largest electricity transmission network in Europe.
Under this program, Atos Worldgrid will provide, in partnership with ABB, the design, development, deployment and support of national and regional control systems of RTE's electric network.
