Xerox: launches tender offer on HP Inc
(CercleFinance.com) - Late on Monday Xerox announced the launch of its tender offer on all outstanding HP Inc shares, at a price of 24 dollars, including 18.
40 dollars in cash and 0.149 Xerox share for each HP share tendered, an offer that is set to expire on 21 April.
"Xerox Offer Provides Both Immediate Cash and Long-Term Value to HP Shareholders... with immediate, upfront cash while retaining significant, long-term upside through equity ownership in a combined company," it confirmed when it announced the deal.
