ViacomCBS: distribution agreement renewed with Altice USA
(CercleFinance.com) - ViacomCBS announced on Monday that it has renewed an agreement with Altice USA for the distribution of its television channels to the cable operator's US subscribers.
This multi-year partnership, the amount of which was not disclosed, provides for the distribution by Optimum and Suddenlink, Altice's two commercial brands in the US, of all Viacom group channels, including Paramount+, Showtime and BET+.
Little reaction so far though - the ViacomCBS share is currently down over 0.6% in early Monday morning trading on Wall Street, while Altce USA is also down (-0.3%).
