The American clothing distributor has announced the takeover of Williamson-Dickie Mfg. for about 820 million dollars in cash.
The group has also raised its FY EPS target by 2 cents to 2.96 dollars. Likewise, sales are now expected to reach 11.85 billion dollars, compared with 11.65 billion dollars previously.
VF Corp also expects EPS of over 5 dollars and revenues of over 15 billion dollars by 2021.
