United Technologies: Q4 EPS beats estimates

94 dollars, ten cents above analysts' estimates, with revenue of 19.6 billion dollars, up 8 % (+1% in organic terms).
Thus, the company, which, amongst other things manufactures Pratt & Whitney aircraft engines and Otis elevators reported adjusted FY 2019 EPS of 8.26 dollars, with organic sales growth of 5%, against respective target ranges of 8.05 dollars to 8.15 dollars and 4% to 5%.
The industrial group, which is in the middle of merging with Raytheon and splitting from its Otis and Carrier businesses, now for 2020 only provides forecasts for its remaining Pratt & Whitney and Collins Aerospace Systems businesses.
