UPS: Q4 EPS above expectations
(CercleFinance.com) - UPS has posted Q4 EPS that is up 17% at 1.
94 dollar, with EPS adjusted for extraordinary items three cents above the consensus.
At over 19.8 billion dollars, revenues of the Atlanta based logistics giant increased by 4.6% (+5.2% at constant exchange rates), with the group saying that its mix and pricing strategies boosted the quality of sales.
As a result, UPS' 2018 adjusted EPS reached 7.24 dollars, in line with its latest target range of 7.03 dollars to 7.37 dollars, with the group saying that it expects between 7.45 dollars and 7.75 dollars for the current year.
