Travelers: acquisition of Simply Business now complete.
(CercleFinance.com) - Travelers has completed the acquisition of Simply Business, a UK provider of small business insurance policies, the US insurer said on Friday.
Simply Business will operate as a stand-alone business, continuing to partner with carriers under its well-known brand name, Travelers added.
The company funded the acquisition - which was originally annouced in March - through a combination of debt financing and internal funds.
