(CercleFinance.com) - Steven Spielberg's latest hit "Ready Player One" continued to storm the worldwide box office at the weekend, with takings exceeding the 500 million dollar mark.
The action-adventure movie from Warner, Amblin Entertainment and Village Roadshow Pictures has taken over 120.6 million dollars on the US market to date.
Its international takings are already estimated at 379.5 million dollars.
Despite this, Paramount's horror flick "A Quiet Place" took top spot at the domestic box-office over the past weekend, with receipts of 22 million dollars.
