Tiffany: shareholders to vote on LVMH deal on 30 December
(CercleFinance.com) - Tiffany's shareholders will vote on the proposed tie-up with France's LVMH on 30 December, the New York-based jeweler said on Friday.
Tiffany said that it will hold a special meeting, starting at 9 a.m., but shareholders will not be able to attend the event physically in person due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
The company will hold the special meeting in a virtual meeting format only.
The deal is expected to close early in 2021.
