Tesla: Morgan Stanley raises price target

(CercleFinance.com) - Morgan Stanley analysts raised their price target on Tesla shares from 272 dollars to 333 dollars on Friday after increasing their 2021 delivery forecast by 9%, to 698,000 units.


The broker raised, additionally, its "bull case" valuation on the stock, now aiming at 716 dollars from 527 dollars, after it raised its "bull case" auto volume scenario by 2030 to 8 million units, from six million previously.

Its base case, however, forecasts annual volume of 3.2 million units by 2030, from three million previously.

Morgan Stanley has an "equal weight" rating on the stock.
