Tesla: 22,000 electric cars delivered in Q2.
(CercleFinance.com) - Tesla, which has just given us a glimpse at its Model 3, had a fairly upbeat second quarter.
The period was marked by a total of 22,000 deliveries of electric cars. This is below the historical record of 25,000 recorded in the previous 3 months, but is 53% better than in Q2 2016.
In detail, Tesla delivered 12,000 Model S and 10,000 Model X cars. Moreover, the Californian manufacturer of zero-emission luxury cars delivered a total of 47,100 models in the first half, in the target range of between 47,000 and 50,000 that the group previously set itself.
