Target: expands same-day delivery to Portland, Maine
(CercleFinance.com) - Target said it will begin same-day delivery for groceries, essentials, home, electronics, toys and other products to Portland, Maine residents as from 21 August, through its partnership with online marketplace Shipt, the discount retailer said on Tuesday.
This means that new Portland-area Shipt members who sign up before 21 August will receive an annual membership for 49 dollars, down from 99 dollars, granting access to free, unlimited delivery on orders of over 35 dollars.
Target said it plans to offer same-day delivery from the majority of its stores by the 2018 holiday season.
