Shake Shack: consensus beaten in Q4
(CercleFinance.com) - Published before Wall Street opened on Friday, Shake Shack's Q4 accounts included a 55 cent loss per share, against a profit of 15 cents per share in Q4 2016.
However, excluding extraordinary items, the group posted EPS of 10 cents, 4 cents above the consensus.
Revenues increased by more than expected, up from 73.3 million dollars a year ago to 96.1 million dollars, while the consensus was looking for 93 million dollars.
Shake Shack expects FY 2018 revenues of between 444 million and 448 million dollars in 2018.
