Red Hat: Credit Suisse raises target price.

(CercleFinance.com) - In reaction to the quarterly accounts published last night, Credit Suisse has raised its target price on the Red Hat stock from 111 dollars to 113 dollars, while maintaining its "neutral" rating.


The broker hails the acceleration of growth in the "App Dev" and "Emerging Tech" segments. In terms of figures, it points out that the group's non-GAAP operating margin exceeded the consensus by 2.6 points, at 26.4%.

Following this quality publication, Credit Suisse has revised its forecasts for revenues and non-GAAP EPS for 2018 to 2.89 billion dollars and 2.77 dollars, respectively, against 2.81 billion dollars and 2.7 dollars previously. For 2019, Credit Suisse now expects sales of 3.3 billion dollars and EPS of 3.22 dollars, against 3.2 billion dollars and 3.17 dollars previously.
