Praxair: revenue threshold for merger exceeded
(CercleFinance.com) - Linde and Praxair have said that, following further contacts with the competition authorities, they now expect the threshold of revenues determined for disposal commitments, to be exceeded.
The industrial gas groups point out that, according to their merger agreement, they must agree on any pledged disposal exceeding this threshold. They remain in constructive talks between themselves and with regulators on how to satisfy their requirements.
