Philip Morris: senior management changes.
(CercleFinance.com) - Philip Morris International has announced the appointment of Jacek Olczak, who is currently the group's Chief Financial Officer as Chief Operating Officer in charge of global strategy.
Jacek Olczak will be replaced as CFO by Martin King, who is currently head of the Asia region. In addition, the tobacco group will reorganise geographically into six regions, as opposed to four at present.
"The changes we are announcing today reflect our desire to best equip, empower and support our organization as we transform within a rapidly evolving environment," said CEO André Calantzopoulos.
