Philip Morris: investment in Switzerland.
(CercleFinance.com) - On Friday Philip Morris announced its intention to invest over 30 million Swiss francs in the extension of its production site in Neuchâtel (Switzerland).
The famous US cigarette maker aims to deploy two new production lines of tobacco sticks to be heated, which is a type of tobacco that was launched two years ago and which is currently only produced experimentally on this site.
This investment will follow others in new production capacities in Germany and in the conversion of traditional cigarette factories in Greece, Romania and Russia.
