Pfizer: antifungal deal with Basilea now complete
(CercleFinance.com) - Pfizer and Basilea have completed the extension of their license agreement on Basilea's antifungal Cresemba to include Asia, the Swiss drugmaker said on Wednesday.
The license agreement extension for China and 16 countries of Asia Pacific was subject to a customary regulatory review, which has now been completed, Basilea said.
The deal on Cresemba, an antifungal for the treatment of mould infections, was initially announced in December 2017.
