Oracle: names two new directors, increases size of board
(CercleFinance.com) - US corporate software giant Oracle has appointed two new directors, increasing the size of its board of directors to 14.
The new directors include Charles Moorman, 66, who served as CEO of US passenger rail company Amtrak until January 2018.
The other new director, William Parrett, 72, served as CEO of audit giant Deloitte from 2003 until 2007.
Note that all members of Oracle's board serve one-year terms and are expected to stand for election at the company's next AGM in November.
