Omnicom: acquires healthcare agency Snow Companies
(CercleFinance.com) - US ad agency Omnicom said on Tuesday that it would acquire Snow Companies, a healthcare agency that focuses on direct-to-patient communications.
Snow Companies recruits and trains so-called "patient ambassadors" for its pharmaceutical and biotech clients, giving them access to live, digital, and print channels.
Founder Brenda Snow, who created the company in 2001 and is currently its CEO, will continue to lead the agency, together with co-owner and COO Corbin Wood, Omnicom said.
