Netflix: to set up on Sunset Boulevard
(CercleFinance.com) - Netflix has signed a lease to fully occupy a 330,000 square feet, 13-story office located on Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood, California, real estate investment company Hudson Pacific said on Friday.
Netflix will occupy the building -which is currently being built, with delivery anticipated in the first quarter of 2020 - beginning in 2020, with the lease continuing until 2031.
Netflix has also signed a lease extension for over 400,00 square feet of office space across the street in buildings also owned and operated by Hudson Pacific, which is home to the tenants CBS and KTLA.
