The interest rate, maturity date and other terms will be determined after negotiations with the debt purchasers, the American provider of on-demand streaming videos said.
Netflix intends to use the net proceeds from this offering for general corporate purposes, such as content acquisition, production and potential acquisitions and strategic transactions, the company said in a statement.
