Mondelez: raises dividend 11% after Q2 results
(CercleFinance.com) - Alongside the publication of its Q2 results on Tuesday evening, Mondelez International announced an 11% increase in its quarterly dividend to 0.
315 dollar per Class A share, a dividend that will be paid in October.
Over the past quarter, the agri-food group (with brands such as Cadbury, Lu, Milka, etc.) reported adjusted EPS of 63 cents, up 16.1% at constant exchange rates, for an adjusted operating margin that is down 0.8 point at 15.9%.
At just over 5.9 billion dollars, revenues declined by 2.5%, with 5.4% growth in developed markets failing to offset a 15.6% contraction in emerging markets. On an organic basis, however, revenues rose by 0.7%.
