Mondelez: new CFO to be appointed this summer
(CercleFinance.com) - On Tuesday night Mondelez International announced the appointment of Luca Zaramella, who is currently the senior vice president of corporate finance, as the next CFO, effective from 1 August.
Reporting to CEO Dirk Van de Put, Luca Zaramella will oversee all the financial functions of the agri-food group. He will take over from Brian Gladden who, after ten years in this position, has decided to pursue other opportunities outside the sector.
