Microsoft: Q2 EPS slightly above expectations
(CercleFinance.com) - On Wednesday evening Microsoft unveiled Q2 2018-19 adjusted net income (non-GAAP) that is up 14% at 8.
6 billion dollars, i.e. EPS of 1.10 dollar, on cent above the consensus.
The Redmond (Washington) IT giant's revenues increased by 12% to 32.5 billion dollars, with a 48% rise in commercial cloud revenue to 9 billion dollars.
“Our strong commercial cloud results reflect our deep and growing partnerships with leading companies in every industry including retail, financial services, and healthcare,” said Satya Nadella, CEO of Microsoft.
