Microsoft: collaborates with Universal Electronics
(CercleFinance.com) - Microsoft has collaborated with Santa Clara-based control and sensing technology firm Universal Electronics to launch a new digital assistant platform for the smart home.
The assistant has been built on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform, using AI and IoT services, the companies said in a statement.
Universal Electronics' Nevo Butler smart home hub is to be launched at the 2019 CES, starting in Las Vegas next week.
