ManpowerGroup: new share buyback program
(CercleFinance.com) - ManpowerGroup has announced that its board of directors has authorised a program to repurchase up to six million ordinary shares, which will add to 1.
8 million shares that may still being redeemed under the authorisation of July 2016.
The share repurchases under the new program will be made from time to time through operations on the open market, block repurchases, privately negotiated transactions and in other ways, the human resources group said.
